1. What makes the products you sell so unique?  Our curated collection features exclusive designs sourced from suppliers, ensuring you won’t find them in large chain stores. Each piece is thoughtfully handpicked to bring something truly special to your space. Many of our products are handmade, making each one one-of-a-kind! Once a design sells out, it's gone for good, making your purchase even more unique. Additionally, our in-house designs for our cushion collection contribute to our well-known reputation for offering distinctive, high-quality pieces.

2. Why are items available in limited quantities?
We believe in quality over quantity. The products we source (mainly homeware) are made in limited batches to maintain their exclusivity. This way, your home will have a unique and personal touch that you won’t find elsewhere.

3. How long does delivery take?
Each collection has different shipping times, so please refer to the product pages for details on the specific shipping information for that product or collection.

4. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to various locations please check the product pages for specific locations. Please note that shipping times and fees may vary based on location.

5. How much is shipping?
Please refer to the product pages for individual shipping costs as these will vary based on weight and location.

Lighting Products: Will be calculated based on weight & destination, all shipping costs and time frames will be clearly stated upon checkout 

6. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package every step of the way.

7. What if my order is delayed?
We aim to deliver your items as quickly as possible, but delays can occasionally happen due to the nature of our supply chain and high demand. If your order is delayed, we’ll notify you promptly and provide updates on its status.

8. Do you offer returns or exchanges? Yes within 14 days of receiving your item, please see our return and refund policy regarding returns and exchanges. Please note that items must be in their original condition if legible for a return unless they arrived damaged. Custom-made or final sale items are not eligible for returns. 

8a. What should I do if my item arrives damaged? While we ensure our suppliers/ packing process take great care in packaging products to ensure they reach you safely, occasionally fragile items may be damaged during transit. If this happens, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel on contact@velvetvigor.co.uk. We will be happy to assist with a return and offer a full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to resolve any issues promptly

Yes, we offer styling consultations to help you create the perfect look for your home. Whether you’re redecorating a room or starting from scratch, our experts are here to offer personalised advice. 11. How often do you release new collections?
We update our new collections monthly. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on social media to be the first to know about new arrivals!

12. What if an item I want is sold out?
Due to the limited nature of our stock, once an item is sold out, it’s unlikely to return. We encourage you to act quickly if you find something you love! However, feel free to reach out and inquire if we have a similar product or if there’s any chance of restock.

13. How can I contact customer service?
You can reach us via email at contact@velvetvigor.co.uk. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours, we also offer a live chat on the website between the hours specified and all queries outside of these will be answered within 24 hours of receiving your request.
