1. What makes the products you sell so unique?  Our curated collection of products are sourced from suppliers with exclusive designs that you won’t find in big chain stores. Each piece is carefully hand selected to offer something truly special for your space. We source many handmade products making each piece truly unique! Once a design is sold out, it’s gone for good, making your purchase even more unique!

2. Why are items available in limited quantities?
We believe in quality over quantity. The products we source (mainly homeware) are made in limited batches to maintain their exclusivity. This way, your home will have a unique and personal touch that you won’t find elsewhere.

3. How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 5-8 business days (may be longer during busier periods). The wait is worth it for these one-of-a-kind designs. 

4. Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the UK & UAE however some items are UK Shipping only and this will be clearly stated on the product page- we plan on expanding very soon so keep an eye out on our announcements by signing up to our email list. Please note that shipping times and fees may vary based on location, 

5. How much is shipping?

Free delivery on orders over £75 (excluding lighting) 

UK 5-8 DAYS £3.95

UAE 9-12 DAYS £8.95

Lighting Products: Will be calculated based on weight & destination, all shipping costs and time frames will be clearly stated upon checkout 

6. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package every step of the way.

7. What if my order is delayed?
We aim to deliver your items as quickly as possible, but delays can occasionally happen due to the nature of our supply chain and high demand. If your order is delayed, we’ll notify you promptly and provide updates on its status.

8. Do you offer returns or exchanges? Yes within 14 days of receiving your item, please see our return and refund policy regarding returns and exchanges. Please note that items must be in their original condition if legible for a return unless they arrived damaged. Custom-made or final sale items are not eligible for returns. 

8a. What should I do if my item arrives damaged? While we ensure our suppliers take great care in packaging products to ensure they reach you safely, occasionally fragile items may be damaged during transit. If this happens, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel on contact@velvetvigor.co.uk. We will be happy to assist with a return and offer a full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to resolve any issues promptly

9. Do you offer customisable products?
Yes! We offer a customisable service specifically for our diffusers (coming early 2025). If you’re looking for a unique scent or custom design, we can tailor your order to meet your preferences. 10. Do you provide styling consultations?
Yes, we offer styling consultations to help you create the perfect look for your home. Whether you’re redecorating a room or starting from scratch, our experts are here to offer personalised advice. 11. How do I care for my items?
You’ll find care information on the product page or included with your purchase.

12. How often do you release new collections?
We update our new collections monthly. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on social media to be the first to know about new arrivals!

13. What if an item I want is sold out?
Due to the limited nature of our stock, once an item is sold out, it’s unlikely to return. We encourage you to act quickly if you find something you love! However, feel free to reach out and inquire if we have a similar product or if there’s any chance of restock.

14. Can I request a custom order or personalise a product?
In addition to our customisable diffusers, we do not offer custom orders for other products at this time. However, because our designs what we source are so unique, we’re confident you’ll find something that fits your style perfectly!

15. How can I contact customer service?
You can reach us via email at contact@velvetvigor.co.uk. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours, we also offer a live chat on the website between the hours specified and all queries outside of these will be answered within 24 hours of receiving your request.
